Pricing Policy
- 16 Guests max. occupancy
- Min. 2 nights stay, we recommend longer
- Reservations are for the entire property (up to 16 guests) and cannot be booked on a per-room basis.
- Children 0-5 years stay free of charge
- From 6 years onwards, they count as full-paying guests
Payment & Cancellation
We’re a small, family run lodge with one simple rule: when you book, the whole property is yours. No other guests, no shared spaces, no surprises. Because we only ever host one booking at a time, we can’t fill empty beds the way a hotel does. That’s why our terms are a little firmer than you might be used to. We’ve kept everything below as clear and fair as we can.
Paying for your stay
- 25 % deposit to confirm your booking. Non-refundable.
- The remaining 75% is due 60 days before you arrive.
- Booking less than 60 days before arrival? Full payment is due straight away.
If you need to move your dates
Life happens, and we’ll always try to help.
- One complimentary date change is possible, subject to availability.
- Your new dates need to fall within 12 months of the original booking.
- Just let us know in writing as early as you can.
- Once dates have been changed, the reservation becomes non-refundable.
If you need to cancel completely
If you decide not to come at all, the following applies:
- More than 90 days before arrival: 25% of the booking value is non-refundable.
- Between 60 and 89 days before arrival: 50% is non-refundable.
- Less than 60 days before arrival: the full booking value is non-refundable.
Travelling with a smaller or larger group
Travel plans change, and group sizes shift. Should fewer guests be travelling, we are happy to reduce the booking by one room only, provided we receive written notice at least 60 days prior to arrival. Any additional room reductions will be treated in line with the cancellation terms above.
Adding guests is always welcome, and we’ll simply include them in your final bill on arrival.
Festive Season & Easter
These periods are in high demand, and a 100% cancellation fee applies once a booking is confirmed:
- Festive Season: 18 December to 6 January.
- Easter: two weeks before Easter Sunday until one week after.
Date changes are still possible during these periods, subject to availability.

- Please send all changes and cancellations to us in writing.
- Incidents of force Major will be covered by your travel insurance
- Namibian law applies to all bookings.
